There is no ‘.Net-Framework’ by the Microsoft company on your computer or the components do not work properly. .Net is a basic component of the operating system and should in general already be installed. However, there are some problems with it. The following steps will help you to find a solution (please skip the points which are not relevant for you).
- Uninstall
- Uninstall all versions of .net-framework by ‘control panel/software’ (Windows XP) or ‘control panel/programs and functions’ (Windows Vista, 7 and 8)
- Click to http://www.microsoft.com and go to the download center
- Search for ‘.net framework’ in the download center
- Download version 3.5 or 4.0 and install them.
