Please take care, that all letters are capitalized. Furthermore, we do not use O (Oh) or 0 (Zero). Make sure, that there are no blank spaces in front or after the serial key. You can copy this number to Windows clipboard by pressing Ctrl+C. By pressing Ctrl+V, you can paste it into the field ‘serial key’.
You can als try to start our software with a right click and the option "Start as administrator".
