If you want to take a photo of an open window, you first have to make sure that you can see the window. To make sure, that the window is active, please click on it. After that, please hold [Alt] and press [Print]. The image will be saved in Windows clipboard and can e.g. be pasted to ‘Word’ or any other picture editing program such as ‘Paint’ by pressing the [Ctrl] and [V] button simultaneously. Please save the image and send it to us.
